At times you look around and witness that everybody is in frenzied jiffy to catch up with life, and you find your head swimming in a daze. You might have tried this hot-pursuit of dreams and ambitions and instead of feeling happy and full, you might have felt more anxious and vulnerable. If this is so, I invite you to slow down and maybe then you'll be able to catch life. Life is beautiful if the mind is devoid of conflict. Anxiety is when thoughts get clogged, life happens when thoughts flow with ease. The ease comes from comfort and peace. Slow down, breathe and feel life and all that it has to offer.
